The Potomac United Methodist Church will hold its 14th annual strawberry festival on May 22 from 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
Events at this year’s festival will include: Fresh berries, chocolate dipped berries and berry-theme items; silent auction — goods and services donated from community businesses; bake sale — homemade food and baked goods; treasures — upscale rummage sale; a craft fair; games and fun for children; strawberry pie eating contests and door prizes for all ages.
The festival is held at the church, at the intersection of Falls Road and Democracy Boulevard. Admission is free. All proceeds go to support charitable programs for women and children in need.
