<cal2>Natural Life Hike. The Vienna Parks and Recreation Department sponsors a hike from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at Pohick Bay Regional Park. Naturalist Keith Tomlinson will guide the group through the marshlands that surrounds the bay, where wading birds, eagles, native wildflowers and shrubs can be seen. Dynamic Walking Tour. The Vienna Parks and Recreation Department sponsors a Dynamic Walking course at Meadowlark Botanical Gardens on Thursday, May 13, Thursday, May 20 and Thursday, May 27 from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Participants will learn dynamic walking techniques, dynamic body exercises and how to use a pedometer.
