<lst>The following incidents were reported to the West Springfield District Station of the Fairfax County Police Department.
<cal1>Larceny
<cal2>Old Keene Mill Road 8400 block. Police arrested 25-year-old Ronald Serafin after he exposed himself in a business on Tuesday, May 25. Serafin, of the 5900 block of Trey Fox Court, Manassas, was in the Solar Planet Tanning store located in the 8400 block of Old Keene Mill Road, Burke. An employee thought Serafin looked suspicious. She then approached him. She saw him masturbating. Serafin left the store but then returned. The store employee called police, and Serafin was arrested. He was taken to the Adult Detention Center and charged with indecent exposure and drunk in public. He was held without bond.
