Herndon resident and George Mason University senior Lisa McCarty completes her year-long internship with McLean Project for the Arts with "The Question of Abstract Art," an exhibition that she has curated concerning abstract art's authenticity as a functioning concept. Train for the Marine Corps Marathon to raise awareness and funds for multiple sclerosis. Each runner pays an $80 registration fee, which counts towards their commitment to raise $1,500 in pledges.
