A grand jury has indicted Travis Crosby on charges of rape, abduction and breaking and entering, according to court documents.
Crosby, 24, was arrested in Sterling on April 30, charged in connection with an assault and rape at the Cascades Commons Apartments, the Sheriff's Office reported. A female victim told authorities that she woke up to find the man on top of her. Crosby allegedly assaulted her while she screamed and tried to protect herself. He then fled, authorities said.
Crosby pleaded innocent Tuesday and a three-day trail, beginning Oct. 26, was set.
