The Loudoun Summer Music Fest 04, a weekly festival created through a partnership between America Online and The Loudoun Foundation, with special support from Toll BrotherÕs Belmont Country Club, takes place July through September.
The net proceeds from the festival will benefit three local charities: The Good Shepherd Alliance, The Loudoun Free Community Clinic and Special Love. All concerts start at 6:45 p.m., with an opening act at 6 p.m and will be held at Belmont Country Club, in Ashburn rain or shine.
