A free home buyers seminar will take place at the Herndon Neighborhood Resource Center on Saturday, July 17, from 10 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Learn about home-buying options, the advantages of home ownership, qualifying and applying for a loan, and how to establish or restore credit. A certificate from the National Foundation for Consumer Credit will be given to attendees, which is useful in applying for first-time home buyer's programs.
