TRINITY Group Construction, Inc. of Herndon has begun construction of a 64,800 square foot building in Sterling for Store To Door, a mobile self-storage company. This new facility, designed by Morgan Gick McBeath Associates of Falls Church, is one of several that Store to Door has located recently in the mid-Atlantic region. The construction contract is valued at $2.5 million. Located off Powers Court in Sterling, the building is primarily a tilt-up structure with a 32-foot clear height that will house over 3,600 mobile self-storage units. The project is scheduled to deliver in August of 2004.
Six Herndon companies will exhibit at the upcoming Capital Home & Garden Show presented by GMC, at the Dulles Expo Center in Chantilly, Feb. 26-29. The companies include: Cox Communications, Cumberland Custom Homes, Decorating USA, Federal Concrete, Sky Marble & Granite, and Supreme Decking/Burke Lumber.
The show will be held at Dulles Expo Center, Chantilly from 5-10 p.m. on Feb. 26, 10 a.m.-10 p.m. on Feb. 27-28, and 10 a.m.-6 p.m. on Feb. 29. $9/adults, $3 children ages 6-12. Tickets sold at the door.
