<lst>The following incidents were reported to the Reston District of the Fairfax County Police Department:
<cal1>Larceny
<lst>12100 block of Sunset Hills Road. About 6:30 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 2, Kumar Selvam, 24, of Stardrift Drive in Germantown, was shopping in the Target Store, located at 12197 Sunset Hills Road in the Reston area. Prior to his trip to the Target, police said Selvam went on the Internet and downloaded barcodes for computer equipment. While in the store, Selvam replaced the actual bar codes with his downloaded bar codes. Selvam purchased computer equipment at a significantly discounted rate. Store security stopped Selvam and he was subsequently arrested for grand larceny and petit larceny, the latter stemming from a similar case the week before. He was being held on a $3,500 bond.
9800 block of Beach Mill Road. Marble was taken from a construction site.
12000 block of Bluemont Way. Tools were taken from a construction site.
2100 block of Cartwright Place. Bicycles were reported stolen.
1300 block of Cassia Street. Money was taken from a parked vehicle.
Creamcup Lane/Milkweed Drive. Street signs were reported stolen.
10700 block of Leesburg Pike. A laptop computer was taken from a parked vehicle.
1400 block of Northgate Square. There were two reports of a stereo taken from a parked vehicle.
900 block of Rolling Holly Drive. Televisions and a computer monitor were taken from a residence.
11100 block of South Lakes Drive. Movies and games were taken from a business.
12100 block of Sunset Hills Road. Car keys were taken from a locker.
12100 block of Sunset Hills Road. A laptop computer was taken from a business.
13200 block of Woodland Park Road. A license plate was taken from a parked vehicle.

<lst>11600 block of North Shore Drive. A 1997 Honda Civic was reported as stolen.
