Kyle Brightwell, a percussionist from South Lakes High School, is among the students who will take part in an Evening of Harp and Percussion with National Symphony Orchestra Youth Fellows, Thursday, Jan. 13, at 6 p.m., at the Kennedy Center Millennium Stage. Admission is free.
Jennifer Lynne Lichtblau, daughter of Dale and Debbie Lichtblau of Reston, has been inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Society at Indiana University. Phi Beta Kappa is a National Honor Society that recognizes outstanding achievement in the arts and sciences. Lichtblau was honored for excellence in her undergraduate studies in the College of Arts and Sciences at Indiana University, Bloomington. She is majoring in English/history.
