The following incidents were reported by the Alexandria Police Department.
FELONIOUS ASSAULT:
500 block of Four Mile Road. Nov. 21, between 4:55 p.m. and 5:07 p.m. A 21-year-old Alexandria man, and the suspect were involved in an argument. The suspect struck the victim on the head with a beer bottle and then fled. The victim was transported to Inova Fairfax Hospital where he received stitches. The suspect was arrested later that night in the same neighborhood. Jhonny Martinez, 21, of Alexandria, was charged with malicious wounding. He is being held without bond at the Alexandria jail.
1200 block of N. Quaker Lane. Nov. 26, 1:20 a.m. An 18-year-old male and a 17-year-old male, both Arlington residents, were walking with two juvenile females across the parking lot when a white van pulled up and five Hispanic males exited the vehicle. One of the men was armed with a handgun, another with a knife. The five suspects approached the two men and began to assault them knocking both men to the ground. The suspects then jumped on the 17-year-old victim's leg. After the assault, the suspects left in the white van. The females were not injured and there was no description given on the men who committed the assaults. The victims were transported to Inova Alexandria Hospital where they underwent treatment. The 18-year-old victim sustained minor injuries however, the 17-year-old victim had a broken right leg that required surgery. Detectives from the Criminal Investigations Section will be following up on this case that is believed is gang related.
900 block of N. Patrick Street. Nov. 29, between 11:40 p.m. and 11:45 p.m. Two people in an alley were shot by an unknown suspect. An 18-year-old Alexandria woman was shot in the shoulder and a 44-year-old Alexandria man was shot in the leg. Both victims were transported to Inova Fairfax Hospital for treatment of injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening. According to witnesses, the suspect was at the north side of the alley and fired several shots before fleeing. He was last seen running north, across First Street. The suspect is described as a black male, 5 feet 5 inches to 5 feet 9 inches, 150 pounds, and wearing dark clothing, including a hooded winter jacket.
ROBBERY:
700 block of N. Washington Street. Nov. 28, 8:50 a.m. A 33-year-old male Washington, D.C., resident answered a knock at his motel room door and found a female standing outside. He opened the door and the female entered. Standing to the side and out of view was a man who also entered the room and immediately attacked the victim. The male suspect grabbed the victim around the neck and held on while the female searched the room looking for money. The victim's wallet was found and then both suspects left the room. Suspect No. 1 is described as a black male, 20-29 years old, 6 feet -6 feet 2 inches, 250 pounds and was wearing a black windbreaker jacket, black T-shirt, blue jeans and black sneakers. Suspect No. 2 is described as a black female, 20-29 years old, 5 feet-5 feet 2 inches, 100-120 pounds and was wearing a black jacket, dark shirt and blue jeans.
BURGLARY:
3900 block of Bruce Street. Nov. 22, between 6:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. Someone entered the residence by undetermined means and stole money.
4200 block of Duke Street. Nov. 24, between 9 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Someone entered the residence by undetermined means and stole food items.
300 block of Yoakum Parkway. Sept. 10, 1 p.m. to Nov. 25, 12 p.m. Someone broke a door latch to gain entry to the storage area of the residence. Once inside, the suspect stole luggage.
1600 block of Kenwood Avenue. Nov. 26, between 1:58 a.m. and 2:02 a.m. The victim, who was downstairs at the time, heard a noise coming from his second story bathroom and observed a juvenile attempting to climb through the unlocked window. The victim yelled out and the suspect escaped. The suspect is described as a young man, approximately 14 years old, 5 feet 5 inches, 125 pounds and was wearing a red shirt.
100 S. Reynolds Street. Nov. 28, between 12:01 a.m. and 10:15 a.m. Someone entered the business by undetermined means and stole money from the cash register.

5400 block of Barrister Place. Nov. 21, 8 p.m. to Nov. 22, 7:30 a.m. Stolen: 1996 Nissan Altima, four door, maroon.
300 block of Payne Street. Nov. 22, 10:30 p.m. to Nov. 24, 2:30 p.m. Stolen: 1998 Oldsmobile Aurora, four door, maroon.
4800 block of Taney Avenue. Nov. 24, 11 p.m. to Nov. 25, 10 a.m. Stolen: 1990 Dodge Caravan, light blue.
Unit block of N. Van Dorn Street. Nov. 24, between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. Stolen: 2003 Suzuki motorcycle, blue/white.
600 block of King Street. Nov. 25, between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. Stolen: 1995 Honda Del Sol, three door, red.
3600 block of Wheeler Avenue. Nov. 26, 1:57 p.m. Stolen: 2002 GMC Yukon, sport utility, white.
300 block of S. Reynolds Street. Nov. 26, between 9 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. Stolen: 1996 Dodge Caravan, minivan, silver.
