The following incidents were reported to the Reston District of the Fairfax County Police Department:
<cal1>FATAL CRASH
<lst>Lawyers Road/Soapstone Drive. A 48-year-old Herndon area woman was killed in a single-car crash. At 9:03 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 21, Jinghaua Chi of Autumn Crest Court was driving on Lawyers Road prior to Soapstone Drive in the Reston area. She drove into a tree and her car flipped over. She was dead at the scene. Wet conditions may have played a role in the crash.
<cal1>Felony Exposure
<lst>11921 block Freedom Drive. On Saturday, Nov. 20, at about 2 p.m., a 28-year-old man was arrested for indecent exposure. Officers were called to the Reston Town Center where a citizen reported seeing a man in a car exposing himself. Jason S. Morgan of the Reston area was found in his vehicle, which was parked in a parking lot near the Rio Grande Restaurant. He was questioned and subsequently charged with felony indecent exposure. He was held at the Adult Detention Center without bond.
<cal1>ROBBERY
<lst>1900 block Solaridge Court. A 61-year-old Reston-area woman was robbed at gunpoint. On Wednesday, Nov., 17, at around 10 p.m., residents in the 1900 block of Solaridge Court heard a woman screaming and called police. The woman had just gotten out of her vehicle when she noticed a man in a black ski mask standing in her front yard. He pointed a gun at her, and after she screamed he pushed her down and stole her purse. The victim received minor injuries that did not require medical care. The suspect is described as white, 6 feet 2 inches tall and about 185 pounds. He is in his late teens and wore a black jacket and black pants.
<lst>Eldridge Lane/Crestview Drive. A 27-year-old Sterling area man was robbed by two individuals. On Tuesday, Nov. 23, around midnight, the victim was walking near the 12000 block of Eldridge Lane and Crestview Drive in the Herndon area when he was confronted by two men who immediately started punching him. The two assailants took cash and personal items from the victim and then ran away. The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries. The victim continued walking until he came upon an officer driving by and waved him down. The suspects are described as black between 20 and 25 years old. One was about 5 feet 11 inches tall weighing about 150 pounds. He wore a long white shirt and blue jeans. The second man was about 6 feet 2 inches tall weighing about 210 pounds. He wore a dark sweat shirt with a hood and dark colored jeans.
