The following incidents were reported by the Herndon Police Department:
<cal1>ASSAULT
<lst>300 block Elden Street. Aug. 2, 11:33 p.m., two subjects were fighting. A primary aggressor could not be determined. Warrant procedures were advised.
400 block Madison Forrest Drive. Aug. 4, 3:19 a.m., Crystal T. Esse, 24, of Herndon, was arrested for assaulting an acquaintance. No injuries were observed.
1200 block Elden Street. Aug. 1, 3 a.m., a subject advised that two acquaintances knocked him to the ground and began kicking and striking him. Injuries were observed. Case active.
1100 block Cypress Tree Court. Aug. 4, 11:37 p.m., four subjects pushed the complainant down and struck him in the head. Minor injuries were observed. The subjects had left the area.
600 block Dulles Park Court. Aug. 6, 10:30 p.m., the complainant was struck by an acquaintance. Warrant procedures were advised.
<cal1>LARCENY
<lst>2100 block Raven Tower Court. Aug. 2, 6:59 a.m., the complainant reported an acquaintance stole prescription medication. Charles Coleman Webster, 44, of Herndon, was arrested for drunk in public, but denied taking the medication. He was transported to the Fairfax County ADC.
13000 block Worldgate Drive. Aug. 2, 7:07 p.m., a wallet was taken from a bag.
12900 block Worldgate Drive. Aug. 3, 2:37 p.m., two laptop computers were taken from a business.
800 block Sycamore Court. Aug. 6, 9:40 a.m., an acquaintance took a necklace.
600 block Clearwater Court. Aug. 7, 7:37 p.m., an unlocked bicycle was taken from a yard.
100 block Laurel Way. Aug. 4, 12:17 a.m., the complainant advised an acquaintance took his medication.
1200 block Elden Street. Aug. 7, 11:05 p.m., Donald Jeffrey Jackson, 32, of Herndon, was arrested for larceny and was held on a $500 bond.
<cal1>BURGLARY
<lst>1200 block Herndon Parkway. Aug. 3, 9:39 a.m., cash was taken from a cash register. Case active patrol.
1200 block Herndon Parkway. Aug. 4, 8:39 a.m., food was taken from a club house area.

<lst>1100 block Treeside Lane. Aug. 7, 8 a.m., a screen window was cut.

<lst>Herndon Parkway/Springtide Place. Aug. 7, 1:02 a.m., Donald Jeffrey Jackson, 32, of Herndon, was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County ADC.
400 block Elden Street. Aug. 2, 12:49 a.m., Jose Rigoberto Escobar Tejado, 41, of Herndon, was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County ADC.
300 block Elden Street. Aug. 7, 3:53 p.m., Minor Perez Mejia, 23, of Reston, was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County ADC.
600 block Spring Street. Aug. 8, 10:48 p.m., Jose De Mata Ruiz, 44, of Herndon, was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County ADC.
1100 block Elden Street. Aug. 6, 6:21 p.m., Andregas Castillo, 44, of no fixed address, and Jaime Juan Reyes, 30, of no fixed address, were arrested and transported to the Fairfax County ADC.
1100 block Elden Street. Aug. 6, 11:06 p.m., Carlos H. Ruiz, 25, of Herndon, was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County ADC. He was also charged with littering and was released on a summons.
600 block Dulles Park Court. Aug. 8, 10:21 p.m., Freddy M. Rodriguez, 27, of Herndon, was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County ADC.

<lst>Elden Street/Carlisle Drive. Aug. 2, 9:36 a.m., Keshore Lal Mehra, 42, of Fairfax, was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County ADC.
Crestview Drive/Ferris Avenue. Aug. 3, 1:25 a.m., Brandon D. Allen, 25, of Sterling, was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County ADC.
Tyler Street/Park Avenue. Aug. 3, 6:41 p.m., Robert Martin Biddle Jr., 57, of Herndon, was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County ADC.
1000 block Elden Street. Aug. 4, 12:01 a.m., Jose Galvez, 40, of Reston, was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County ADC.
Locust Street/Grace Street. Aug. 6, 12:01 a.m., Tamara L. Casey, 38, of Rochelle, N.Y., was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County ADC.
Center Street/Elden Street. Aug. 7, 1:42 a.m., Seifeddine Bargaoui, 20, of Sterling, was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County ADC.
Van Buren Street/Worldgate Drive. Aug. 7, 2:20 a.m., Sivanandan Nadarajah, 25, of Houston, Texas, was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County ADC.
200 block Elden Street. Aug. 8, 1:58 a.m., William L. Eckard III, 33, of Reston, was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County ADC.
<cal1>OTHER VIOLATIONS
<lst>1400 block Bluemont Court. Aug. 6, 3:29 p.m., officers found a juvenile in possession of alcohol. A 16-year-old female of Herndon, was turned over to parents, charges to be placed. Juan Jose Sanchez Gonzales, 33, of Reston, Amilcar Funes, 23, of Herndon, and Francisco Javier Lopez Diaz, 25, of Herndon, were all charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
1100 block Shannon Place. Aug. 8, 9:43 a.m., noise violation. Subject warned.
600 block Elden Street. Aug. 2, 2:26 p.m., a vehicle was left for repair work and found to have an altered vehicle identification number. The case is active patrol.
700 block Lynn Street. Aug. 4, 10:34 a.m., the complainant advised an acquaintance had verbally abused her. Warrant procedures were advised.
1100 block Elden Street. Aug. 8, 4:29 a.m., Fredy Hernandez Turcios, 31, of Washington D.C., was arrested for reckless driving. He was released on his signature.
