Linda Fredeking has been appointed vice president and director of Relocation Services for the Mid-Atlantic region, including Maryland, Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Delaware, for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Fredeking was previously the corporate services director for Coldwell Banker and was director of relocation for O'Conor, Piper & Flynn ERA for two years. Her background in relocation began when she was the sales manager for six years with what is now BridgeStreet Corporate Housing Worldwide. She began her career with Xerox Corp. and worked in commercial real estate for two years with Colliers Pinkard as well as new home sales with a large residential real estate company in the mid Atlantic.

Weichert, Realtors' Alexandria/Mount Vernon Office had its best month in history in June in dollar volume, manager Joan Johns said. Jose Flores led the offices' 50 sales agents in dollar volume, revenue units, listings sold and total sales that month.
Agents in the Alexandria/Mount Vernon Office are also active in the community. Most recently, the office conducted its annual yard sale to benefit Good Shepherd Housing of Northern Virginia. The branch raised more than $2,500 the organization, which aids low-income families in building credit and buying and keeping their homes.
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has announced its Top Producers for the month of June in Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. At the Alexandria/Washington Street office, Christopher Fries took the honor, while Liz Bucuvalas was top producer at Alexandria/King Street.
The Alexandria/King Street Office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage ranked on several of the company's top five lists for June. It placed fourth in sales volume and second for settled units and settled volume. The lists rank the CBRB offices throughout Maryland, Northern Virginia and the District of Columbia.
