"Feed me Seymour!" will soon be echoing in the South Lakes High School Little Theatre, when the Theatre Arts Department presents "Little Shop of Horrors." Performances are April 22 and 29 at 7 p.m., April 23 and April 30 at 7:30 p.m., and April 24 and May 1 at 8 p.m. Admission is $7 presale and $8 at the door. "Little Shop of Horrors" is a gleefully gruesome musical comedy with book and lyrics by Howard Ashman and music by Alan Menken. It tells the story of Seymour, a poor, nerdish floral assist who seeks fame and fortune by nurturing a man-eating plant with a voracious appetite, and a scheme to take over the world. It features a cast and crew of 70 multi-talented performers and puppeteers, singing and dancing to lively parodies of '60s music. Maria Harris will direct "Little Shop of Horror," with set and technical design by Scott Obenchain, choreography by Lisa Crawford-Girdy and vocal direction by Amy Moir.
