Gentle Yoga. A fitness program, sponsored by the Reston Community Center Senior Academy, is geared toward people who are challenged by age, illness or inactivity. It will be held at the Reston-Herndon Senior Center on Fridays from 9:15-10:30 a.m. from Oct. 3-Nov. 21. Cost is $15 for persons over 55 who live or work in Reston, and $30 for all others. Self-Defense. Hair Dressing for Teens. The Reston Community Center (RCC) will present a teen barbering workshop from 7-9 p.m. on Monday and Thursday nights through Oct. 20 at RCC's Hunters Woods facility, 2310 Colts Neck Road, Reston. The focus will be on developing the career skills necessary for cutting and styling, developing a creative flair and communication skills. ESL Courses. Reston Community Center offers English as A Second Language (ESL) courses for adults with beginning to intermediate levels of proficiency in English.
