Custom Builder’s Council’s Parade of Homes. Come walk through over 20 custom homes in Northern Virginia, Oct. 11 and 12, 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Meet custom home builders, get new design and decorating ideas, see new products and material and learn what it takes to build a custom home. Tickets are $10 per person or family group. A ticket can be purchased the day of the event at any home on the tour and will be valid for all homes toured both Saturday and Sunday. The Million-in-a-Month Award went to Rita Schrand with $2,413,175 in volume.
At the Fairfax Long & Foster office, the Debbie Dogrul Team was the top producers and the agents with the most new listings with a sales volume of $7,183,188 for August; Jo Ann Jones was the second place top producer; and Gail Dinkin was the third place top producer.
