Colleen Blanchfield, M.D., directs this ten-week series featuring for learning and experiencing various modalities conducive to wellness when living with cancer. Each session features a particular modality (yoga, tai chi, humor, relaxation, journaling, nutrition, etc.) along with a discussion and an experimental component.
