<lst>Sun Design and Remodeling Specialists, Inc. of Burke and Bath & Kitchen Creations, Inc. of Fairfax both received high honors at this year's Regional Contractor of the Year awards. Sun Design and Remodeling was recognized in the in the "Residential Addition $100,00 and Under" division, while Bath & Kitchen Creations was recognized in the "Residential Kitchen Under $15,000" division. Both companies are members of the Washington, D.C. metropolitan chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry.

The Fairfax Station office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage increased its total sales by 48.39 percent, its total sales volume by 34 percent and its total listings by 9.09 percent in comparison to the same figures in April 2002.

Mike Harding was the top producer in the month of April at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage's Fairfax Station office.

Weichert, Realtor's Burke/Fairfax Station Office recently surpassed previous records in sales, resale revenue units and dollar volume per month. The Burke/Fairfax Station office closed April with 42 sales, 73 resale revenue units and $22,095,539 in dollar volume.

The Burke/Fairfax Station/Clifton office of Long & Foster, Realtors ranked second in sales in the nation this April, based on its sales volume of $72 million. It was also the leading office in Northern Virginia.

Kathy Stark and Kathleen Quintarelli, sales associates from the Weichert, Realtors Burke/Fairfax Station office, have been honored for their achievements in April. Stark was recognized as the office's top producer with the most resale revenue units and the highest dollar volume. She also generated the most sales and the most listings sold. Quintarelli was recognized as the top listor.

Susie Carpenter was recently named the top producer for the month of May for the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Fairfax Station.
