<lst>Weichert Realtors’ Reston recently honored Anne Lefevere as the office’s top producer for the month of May, with the most resale revenue units and the highest dollar volume. She was also recognized for generating the most listings and the most listings sold. Tuan Pham was recognized as the top sales associate.

Three employees of luxury homebuilder Renaissance won PROS Awards from the Northern Virginia and the Maryland-National Capital Building Industry Associations. The annual competition recognizes construction professionals in the Washington metropolitan area’s homebuilding industry. Renaissance won more awards than any other homebuilder in the competition.

Michael Bacha, a project manager with Renaissance’s Custom Homes group, won Best Project/Production Manager in the small-volume (1-20 units) category. Bacha has been with Renaissance over three years and manages field operations for the division’s custom homes under construction. In any given year, Renaissance builds approximately 10 to 20 custom homes on customers’ home sites.

Chris Rowe, a two-year employee of Renaissance, won an Award of Merit as Best Superintendent in the 6-to-20-unit category. Rowe is a construction manager in charge of construction of the Renaissance single-family homes at River Creek, the new golf course community on the Potomac River in Leesburg.

Stacy Lloyd was recognized as the metro area’s best office-based customer service representative among medium-volume (21-100 units per year) homebuilders. A two-year Renaissance employee, Lloyd manages all customer calls received at Renaissance’s Reston office. She also schedules appointments to resolve customer issues at different Renaissance communities.
