Northern Virginia real estate agents Mike and Clare Loxtercamp recently made a move themselves. Effective Feb. 1, their place of business became Cowne, Odend'hal & Plaster Real Estate Inc. Mike and Clare specialize in real estate in the Fair Lakes area.
"The initial reaction from our friends in the real estate industry was concern," says Clare. "It's difficult to see the advantages of moving from one of Northern Virginia's largest, most established real estate firms."
The couple felt that the smaller, more personal atmosphere at Cowne, Odend'hal & Plaster, located in Manassas, was a better fit for their business and their customers. The majority of their clients are young families, buying or selling their first home. They can be reached at 703-369-5777.
