Plaza America IV, a 7-story Class A office building in Reston, part of the 1.2 million-square-foot Plaza America mixed-use complex developed by Atlantic Realty Companies, received the Spirit of Excellence award for Best Building, Speculative Mid Rise (4-7 stories) at the annual National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP) awards dinner held Nov. 20. NAIOP organizes the annual event to recognize "significant new contributions to Northern Virginia by the commercial and industrial real estate community."
