Original pastel and pen drawings of musicians by Northern Virginia artist Karen Francis are on display at Jammin' Java, 227 Maple Ave. E., Vienna. The drawings feature musicians who have performed at the Monday night open mike at Jammin' Java as well as some who play at the Tuesday jam at Bangkok Blues Thai Restaurant in Falls Church.

Northern Virginia Senior Softball (NVSS) seeks men over 50 and women over 40 for fall ball, a September and October slow-pitch, 32-game season.
