<lst>The following incidents were reported to the Herndon District of Fairfax County.
<cal1>ASSAULT
<lst>1100 block of Alabama Drive. At 4 p.m. on April 20, a 14-year-old female of Falls Church assaulted another juvenile who sustained minor injuries. She was taken into custody for an outstanding runaway warrant and a petition for an assault was obtained and she was transported to the Fairfax County JDC.
500 Block of Early Fall Court. At 7:37 p.m. on April 20, Farid Wazir, a 44 year-old man of Herndon, was arrested for domestic assault and transported to the Fairfax County ADC where he was released on a $2000 unsecured bond.
400 Block of Elden St. At 10:43 a.m. on April 20, Carlos Martinez, a 23 year-old male of Herndon, was arrested for striking the owner of a business after refusing to pay for his bill. Minor injuries were observed. Martinez was arrested for assault and transported to the Fairfax County ADC.
500 block of Florida Ave. At 12:16 a.m. on April 16, Guillermo Leiva, a 44-year-old man of Herndon, was arrested for domestic assault. Minor injuries were observed. Leiva was transported to the Fairfax County ADC and released on a $2,000 unsecured bond.
500 block of Florida Ave. At 10:19 p.m. on April 19, Victor Campos Ramos, a 21 year-old male of Herndon, was arrested for domestic assault. Ramos was transported to the Fairfax County ADC and held on a $500 secured bond.
<cal1>BURGLARY
<lst>300 block of Linden Court. At 11:25 p.m. on April 19, un unknown subject entered the residence and removed a VCR, DVD, and stereo. This case is active pending further investigation.
800 block of Alabama Drive. Arrest made at 11:46 p.m. on April 16. An unknown subject entered a residence through a broken window on March 29, and removed keys to the victim's vehicles and four handguns. On April 6, a larceny occurred from the victim's vehicle where $20,000 was removed in Reston. This case is active pending further investigation from Herndon and Fairfax County.
<cal1>DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY
<lst>600 block of Dulles Park Place. At 7:29 a.m. on April 17, un unknown subject broke a front driver's side window on a vehicle.
900 block of Ferndale Ave. At 1:40 a.m. on April 18, an unknown subject damaged a shed on the property.
900 block of Alabama Drive. At 5:14 a.m. on April 18, an unknown subject wrote graffiti on the dumpster and light pole on this property.
600 block of Center St. At 9:23 a.m. on April 14, an unknown subject wrote graffiti on the hand railing in two buildings.
500 Block of Early Fall Court. At 9:38 p.m. on April 15, an unknown subject removed flowers from a yard.
<cal1>LARCENY
<lst>2200 block of Westcourt Lane. At 5:25 a.m. on April 18, an unknown subject removed a 1999 Suzuki TL1000R motorcycle from the parking lot of the victim's residence.
1000 block of Elden St. At 10:33 a.m. on April 18, Fernando Ayala, a 25-year-old male of no fixed address was arrested for shoplifting two packs of Gillette razor blades. Ayala had two prior convictions for shoplifting, so a felony warrant for concealment was obtained and a warrant for drunk in public. Ayala was transported to the Fairfax County ADC.
400 block of Virginia Ave. At 8:11 a.m. on April 19, an unknown subject removed the left front and right rear wheels on a vehicle.
1200 block of Herndon Parkway. At 9:34 p.m. on April 17, an unknown subject removed a radio/CD player from a vehicle.
1100 block of Lisa Court. At 6:22 a.m. on April 18, an unknown subject removed a toll box and money from a vehicle.
1100 block of Shannon Place. At 11:13 a.m. on April 19, an unknown subject removed the license plates from a vehicle.
1000 block of Elden St. At 4:37 p.m. on April 14, Shamkiya Graybey, a 24 year-old female of Herndon, was arrested for shoplifting and transported to the Fairfax County ADC.
400 block of Maple Court. At 7:31 p.m. on April 14, an unknown subject removed the faceplate to a stereo from a vehicle.
400 block of Virginia Ave. At 4:43 p.m. on April 15, an unknown subject removed a stereo from a vehicle.
400 block of Bruin Park. At 10:45 a.m. on April 16, an unknown subject removed an operatorís license and three credit cards from a vehicle.
1100 block of Elden St. At midnight on April 17, a black male known as Willie attempted to remove hot dogs and beer from a business. This case is active pending further investigation.
<cal1>SEXUAL ASSAULT
<lst>100 block of Laurel Way. At 10:38 a.m. on April 16, a 52-year-old female was sexually assaulted by a 29-year-old male acquaintance from Reston. The case is pending further investigation.
<cal1>DRUNK IN PUBLIC
<lst>1000 block of Elden St. At 9:36 p.m. on April 18, Scott Vivian, a 40 year-old male of Ashburn, was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County ADC.
