The Dynamic Technology Systems, Inc. board has appointed Burke resident Brian K. Petitt to the position of president and chief operating officer. Petitt, who has over 23 years of experience in the information technology field, began his career in 1979 at Unified Industries, Inc. and held various positions until 1986, when he became one of the founders of Dynamic Technology Systems, Inc. Since that time, he has held various leadership positions within the company until most recently, when he was executive vice president and chief operating officer.

The Babcock Advertising Agency in Merrifield is now the advertising agency of record for Patriot Harley-Davidson in Fairfax. TBAA represents 22 automotive dealerships in the Washington, D.C. area, including Moore Cadillac Hummer, Cowles Ford, Alexandria Volkswagen, BMW of Sterling and HBL. TBAA will handle all aspects of marketing for Patriot Harley-Davidson.

Pamela S. Clark has been named administrator of extended care at Renaissance Gardens at Greenspring Village in Springfield. Robin Gliboff is now the manager of resident services at Greenspring Village, and Pamela McKinley will serve as public relations manager for both the Greenspring campus and its Renaissance Gardens.

Two new members joined the Babcock Advertising Agency in Fairfax. Elizabeth Hart Fishkin will be the agency's new media director and Kirsten Evenson will serve as communications coordinator. Fishkin, previously of National Media, American Media Services and Young & Rubicam in New York, will be responsible for negotiating and placing all print, radio and TV spots for TBAA clientele. Evenson, a 2002 graduate of George Mason University, will serve as a member of the account services team.
