Loudoun Academy of the Arts. Summer Art Camp sessions begin June 23 for children of all ages. This summer’s activities have grown to include classes in environmental art, clay sculpture, acrylic painting, creative writing, art fun, drawing and sculpting courses, the world of animals, watercolor, photoexploration, photography, and cartooning. Eight summer camp sessions are each one

The Growing Stage Theatre Company. Classes and workshops for all ages. For children, there are several summer performing arts workshops for ages 6-13; a $100 deposit will hold a spot. Discover Loudoun. A new program for middle and high school students in Loudoun County will kick of this June. The Discover Loudoun-Student Series is an initiative to involve and engage emerging student leaders in the county by educating them on the county's resources, providing exposure and access to county government decision makers, and interacting and networking with community leaders, businesses, academic institutions and non-profit groups. Summer in the Arts. Registration for Loudoun County Public Schools Summer in the Arts 2003 is now open. Open to grades 5-11, the program consists of workshops in the performing, literary, visual and creative arts. It will run from June 23-July 11 at Stone Bridge High School. Registration packets are available at all LCPS and are available at www.loudoun.k12.va.us under departments. Registration fee is $25 and program fee is $225. The deadline for registration is June 6.
