Christ the Redeemer Episcopal Church willl help habitat for humanity of Northern Virginia to build a townhouse on Stevenson Street in Fairfax City for a family in need. The project is a joint effort between Habitat for Humanity and Region 7, a group of Episcopal churches within the Diocese of Virginia. Christ the Redeemer will be working on the house Oct. 5, Nov. 2, and Dec. 7. There will also be workdays scheduled on various Wednesdays throughout September, October and November. On Oct. 5, Christ the Redeemer will be providing lunches for all the workers on the house.
