<b>ARMED ROBBERY</b>

<b>3400 S. 5th St.</b> At approximately 3:10 p.m. on Sept. 16, an unknown male subject a retail business, produced a handgun and demanded cash. The clerk complied and the subject exited the store and fled on foot heading east on South 5th Street. The subject is described as a white male, approximately 6 feet tall, 185 pounds, wearing a tuxedo and a red and black bandana.

<b>ROBBERY</b>

<b>4100 block of S. Four Mile Run Drive.</b> At 9:53 p.m. on Sept. 14, the victim, a 39-year-old male, was waiting at the bus stop when three subjects started fighting with him. Before fleeing the scene, the subjects stole an undetermined amount of cash from the victim. The victim did not provide a description of the subjects.

<b>2400 S. Columbia Pike.</b> At approximately 10:18 p.m. on Sept. 16, a 35-year-old woman was loading groceries into her car in the parking lot of a supermarket when she was approached by an unknown male subject. The subject grabbed her from behind, displayed a green box cutter, told the victim to be quiet and walked her across the parking lot to an alleyway. The subject then took the wallet from her purse, letting the victim go in the process. The victim then fled the scene screaming for help. The subject got into vehicle and left the area heading west on South 9th Street. The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 25-30 years of age, 6 feet tall, muscular build, close-cropped beard, wearing a black skull cap, black T-shirt and blue jeans.

<b>MALICIOUS WOUNDING</b>

<b>800 S. Frederick St.</b> At approximately 3:20 p.m. on Sept. 16, two unknown male subjects approached a 17-year-old male and began to strike the victim with beer bottles and their fists. The first subject then picked up a piece of broken bottle and tried to stab the victim. The subjects then fled the scene on foot toward Columbia Pike. The first subject is described as an Hispanic male, 20-25 years of age, approximately 5 feet, 9 inches tall, 160-175 pounds, wearing a black shirt and baggy blue jeans. The second subject is described as an Hispanic male, in his early 20s, approximately 5 feet, 10 inches tall, 150 pounds, light complexion, wearing a black shirt and baggy blue jeans.

<b>900 S. Buchanan St.</b> At approximately 5 p.m. on Sept. 16, four unknown male subjects approached the 21-year-old male victim and three friends and began yelling at them. As the victim tried to run, the subjects attacked him and cut him on the face and head. The subjects then ran south toward Columbia Pike. One suspect was located and positively identified by a witness. The suspect, Carlos G. Villatoro, 21, of Arlington, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. The other three suspects are all described only as Hispanic males.

<b>RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY</b>

<b>1100 block of S. 21st St.</b> At 6 p.m. on Sept. 12, a neighbor observed an unknown subject leaving the victim's house with a bicycle. The witness followed the subject to South Knoll Street where the subject got into a waiting dark-colored vehicle. Two other subjects were already waiting inside the vehicle. The vehicle then drove away and was last seen going southbound on South Kent Street toward South 23rd Street. The victim, a 26-year-old female, returned home later and confirmed that someone had forced entry onto her porch and stolen two bicycles.

The subject seen carrying the bicycle was described as a dark-skinned (either Latino or Indian) male, approximately 20 years old. He had a medium height and build.

<b>2100 block of S. 27th St.</b> At 2:15 p.m. on Sept. 13, the victim, a 79-year-old female, observed a subject looking through her window. The victim immediately contacted police who, upon arrival, found the subject hiding in the victim's front yard. In addition, the subject was in possession of one of the victim's bras, which he had stolen the previous night from inside the victim's house. The subject had forced entry into the house through a basement window. The subject was arrested and charged with burglary and habitual petit larceny.

<b>1400 S. Glebe Road.</b> Sometime between noon and 3 p.m. and Sept. 16, unknown subject(s) entered a residence, rummaged through the contents and removed several items including a handgun, several items of jewelry, cash and a car key. Entry was apparently made through a basement window.

<b>2500 S. 4th St.</b> Sometime between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Sept. 17, unknown subject(s) entered a residence and removed several items including a laptop computer, a cable modem, a digital video recorder and a book bag. Unknown subject(s) also removed a moped from an exterior shed. There were no signs of forced entry.

<b>COMMERCIAL BURGLARY</b>

<b>2200 block of N. Glebe Road.</b> Sometime between 8 and 9:45 p.m. on Sept. 14, an unknown subject forced entry into the business and stole a cash register containing an undetermined amount of cash, numerous packs of cigarettes, and a credit card machine. The subject was described as a white male wearing gloves and a mask.

<b>2200 N. Pershing Drive.</b> Sometime between 9:30 p.m. on Sept. 15 and 6 a.m. on Sept. 16, unknown subject(s) entered a business and pried open several locked cabinets. An inventory of the premises revealed that nothing appeared to be missing. There were no signs of forced entry.

<b>ATTEMPTED BURGLARY</b>

<b>400 block of N.Thomas St.</b> Sometime between 11:30 p.m. on Sept. 17 and 8:30 a.m. on Sept. 18, an unknown subject attempted to force entry into the apartment by prying open the door. The dead bolt lock prevented the subject from gaining entry.

<b>EXPOSURE</b>

<b>200 block of S. Glebe Road.</b> At 2:20 p.m. on Sept. 17, the victims, both 18-year-old females, were shopping in a store when they observed the subject sitting in a chair between two merchandise racks exposing his genitals. The victim advised the store manager at which time the subject got up and left the store. The subject is described as an Hispanic male, in his 30s, 5 feet, 5 inches tall, 170 pounds, with dark hair. He was last seen wearing white shirt with green sleeves, tan shorts and brown sandals.
