The Vienna-Tysons Regional and Central Fairfax Chambers of Commerce will host a luncheon seminar of "Taxes and Homebased Business" on Tuesday, October 8 at Carlos O'Kelly's Mexican Restaurant, 9959 Main St in Fairfax. The seminar, led by Herbert (ley) Mills, a senior tax specialist from the IRS, will begin at 11:15 a.m. and lunch will follow at noon.
