Joey and Maria’s Comedy Italian Wedding begins its evening with Joey and Maria’s ceremony, the first of many scenes in which members of the audience are treated as actual participants. The Italian family-style dinner adds a touch of realism to the festivities; the celebration that follows finds the actors talking and dancing with the guests, making them key players in the wedding reception that fills much of the two-and-a-half hour show.

<cal2>The next meeting of the Centreville American Legion Auxiliary Unit 1995 will be on Wednesday, May 29 from 7-9 p.m. at the Centreville Regional Library and is open to the public. The meeting will focus on the proper ceremony whereby American flags are retired with dignity. The Flag Code suggests that, "when a flag has served its useful purpose, it should be destroyed, preferably by burning." Many American Legion Posts conduct "Disposal of Unserviceable Flag Ceremonies" on June 14, Flag Day. The world's largest patriotic organization of women, the American Legion, was founded in 1919 and is open to female relatives of military veterans serving in World War I, World War II, Korea, Vietnam, Grenada/Lebanon, Panama and the Persian Gulf during eligibility dates determined by The American Legion. The fourth annual Crush'n Clays for Kids Clay Target Charity Classic to benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital will take place Saturday, June 1 starting at 9:30 a.m. at the Arlington-Fairfax Izaak Walton League of America in Centreville. This is a clay target shooting event for teams and individuals open to the public. Special guest is Dave Butz, Washington Redskins' all-pro defensive tackle. There will be between 135-195 participants and 60 volunteers and spectators. Sponsored by the Arlington-Fairfax Chapter of the Izaak Walton League and the Virginia Shooting Sports Association, the event has raised $60,000 over the last three years for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. A Railroad-Theme Photography Competition will take place Saturday, June 1 at the Manassas Heritage Railway Festival in Old Town Manassas. <cal2>Margaret M. Meade of Meade's Art Studio will host her seventh-annual Art Show on June 1-2 at the Sully Station Community Center. Show times are Saturday, June 1, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Sunday, June 2 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The prizes will be given by popular vote in two categories: children up to 11 years, and children over 12. <cal2>Take the stage in the Pied Piper Theatre Summer Camps. Camps are available for ages 5-18 and are offered in both Manassas and Woodbridge. Theatre Express! for ages 8-12 is a musical theater day camp which runs for two weeks. Students receive training in acting, improvisation, voice, dance and stage combat in the morning session with a musical production class in the afternoon. Footlights and Fairy Tales is a beginning musical theater experience for ages 5-7. Will Shakespeare's Excellent Adventure and the murder mystery workshop Whodunit? are offered for teens ages 13-18.
