Terrabrook land development company's marketing team was awarded a MAME, or Major Achievement in Marketing Excellence, Award by the Building Industry Association of Northern Virginia on Thursday, May 9. The award, in the category of Best Master Planned Community Brochure, was for the Broadlands community, located in eastern Loudoun County.

They received the following awards: First Place for Best Community Brochure for a Multi-Family Apartment for The Metropolitan at Pentagon City; First Place for Best Sales Office, Pavilion or Rental Office and an Award of Merit for Best Multi-Media Campaign for a Community for KSI’s Metropolitan at Pentagon City; Award of Merit for Best Multi-Community Brochure for client CarrHomes; Award of Merit for Best Multi-Family Condo Community Brochure for a marketing piece for Jaguar Homes’ Providence Square community in Fairfax; and an Award of Merit for Best Color Print Ad Campaign for a Builder for a campaign created for the DC Metro division of Centex Homes.
