<i>The following incidents were reported by the Arlington Police Department:</i>

<b>BURGLARY</b>

<b>2000 N. Buchanan St.</b> At approximately 2:30 a.m. on July 11, the victim, a 64-year-old female, was awakened in her bedroom by the sensation of someone crawling onto her bed. The victim observed an unknown male subject on her bed and she screamed. The subject then ran out of the bedroom and out of the residence through the back door. The suspect is described as a black male, 5 feet, 10 inches-6 feet tall, thin, wearing a dark-colored skull cap with ties in the back, baggy jeans and a dark shirt.

<b>ROBBERY</b>

<b>4200 S. 16th St.</b> At approximately 10:30 p.m. on July 11, the victim, a 31-year-old male, was approached by an unknown male subject who demanded money and then struck the victim several times in the face. The subject then forcibly removed the victim's wallet and fled the scene in an unknown direction. The victim observed three additional unknown male subjects running away with the suspect. The suspect is described as an Hispanic male, 20 years of age, short and thin, wearing a white T-shirt. The three additional subjects were all described as black males; one was thin, 20 years of age, 5 feet, 5 inches tall and wearing a black plaid shirt.

<b>4200 N. Wilson Blvd.</b> At approximately 8:31 p.m. on July 8, the second victim, a 49-year-old male, observed three unknown male subjects accosting the first victim, a 16-year-old male. The subjects began shoving the first victim who eventually fell to the ground. The subjects then began punching the first victim and took his wristwatch. The second victim then called police on his cell phone. When the subjects saw the second victim on the phone, they approached him and demanded to know who he was talking to. When they figured out the second victim had called police, the first subject took the second victim's cell phone. All three subjects then fled the scene on bicycles. Two subjects, both juveniles, were apprehended without incident by officers responding to a lookout call.

<b>BREAKING AND ENTERING</b>

<b>800 S. Ivy St.</b> At approximately 6 p.m. on July 10, a group of known and unknown male subjects entered a residence without permission and confronted three victims, all 16-year-old males, about a previous dispute. One of the subjects punched the first victim in the face and then all the subjects began beating the three victims. An adult female relative of one of the victims was eventually able to get all the subjects out of the residence.

A short time later, an officer stopped a vehicle being driven by one of the suspects. Another suspect was in the passenger seat. One of the victims was able to identify both suspects as his attackers. Both suspects were arrested without incident and charged with breaking and entering with intent to assault.

<b>COMMERCIAL BURGLARY</b>

<b>3400 N. Washington Blvd.</b> At approximately 11 p.m. on July 8, unknown subject(s) entered a restaurant and removed a safe. Entry was made by climbing onto the roof and breaking in through a window.

<b>RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY</b>

<b>1500 S. 13th St.</b> At approximately 1:54 p.m. on July 11, the victim, a 44-year-old female, awoke in her bedroom and observed an unknown subject leaning in through an open exterior window over her head. The victim screamed and ran out of the residence. She then returned, found the window and screen fully open and called police. The suspect is described as B, gender unknown, dark complexion.

<b>2300 S. Queen St.</b> Sometime between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. on July 10, unknown subject(s) entered a residence and removed several pieces of jewelry. No signs of forced entry were found.

<b>MALICIOUS WOUNDING/LARCENY</b>

<b>2000 N. Clarendon Blvd.</b> At approximately 12:45 a.m. on July 8, an officer observed an apparent altercation in the parking lot of a bar. The officer saw a male subject sit down in the driver's seat of a vehicle as a female subject stood at his side, preventing the vehicle door from closing. The male subject then put the vehicle in reverse and drove 30-40 feet, dragging the female subject. The driver also struck another male subject who was standing behind the vehicle.

An investigation revealed that the driver had taken the female subject's purse while in Dr. Dremo's. The driver was arrested and charged with two counts of malicious wounding and one count of grand larceny.

<b>ROBBERY/MALICIOUS WOUNDING</b>

<b>2000 N. Woodstock St.</b> At approximately 7:30 p.m. on July 8, the victim, a 39-year-old female, was approached by two unknown male subjects in Woodstock Park. The subjects asked for a cigarette and when the victim said "no." The first subject tried to grab the pack from her. The victim retained possession of her cigarettes and began to walk away from the subjects. The subjects followed her and eventually the first subject picked up a child's scooter and struck the victim twice on the arm. The subjects then fled the scene in an unknown direction. The first suspect is described as a black male, 5 feet, 5 inches tall, "cornrow" hairstyle, wearing a white shirt and black shorts. The second suspect is described as a black male, 5 feet, 5 inches tall, wearing black shorts and no shirt.

<b>ATTMEPTED ABDUCTION</b>

<b>400 N. Randolph St.</b> At approximately 12:45 p.m. on July 11, the victim, a 14-year-old female, noticed that she was being followed by an unknown male subject after being dropped off by her school bus. The subject caught up to the victim and asked for the time. The victim replied that she didn't have a watch and didn't know what time it was. At that point the subject grabbed the victim's collar and spun her around. The subject screamed and the subject fled the scene on foot toward Stafford St. The suspect is described as a white male, 40-50 years of age, 5 feet, 8 inches-5 feet, 10 inches tall, 180-200 pounds, pale, shaved head, sideburns and long blond/gray beard, no mustache, wearing a white T-shirt and long dark-colored shorts.

<b>PEEPING TOM</b>

<b>1900 N. Rhodes St.</b> On two different occasions — at 6:30 a.m. on July 3 and 7 a.m. on July 9 — a witness reported seeing an unknown male subject looking into the window of a residence. When the witness approached, the subject fled the scene on foot. The suspect is described as an Hispanic male, in his 20s, 5 feet, 7 inches tall, 180 pounds, wearing a white short-sleeved golf-type shirt with writing on left breast area and khaki pants.

<b>INDECENT EXPOSURE</b>

<b>4500 S. Four Mile Run Drive.</b> At approximately 5:54 p.m. on July 9, the victims, a 13-year-old female and a 19-year-old female, were approached by an unknown male subject who asked for directions. The victims and a witness observed that the subject was exposing his genitals. The witness confronted the subject who got into his vehicle and left the scene in an unknown direction. The witness reported having observed a similar incident involving the same subject in the past week. The suspect is described as an Asian male, 35 years of age, 5 feet, 10 inches tall, 155 pounds, wearing gray shorts and a light green T-shirt.
