<lst>The following incidents were reported to the Reston District of the Fairfax County Police Department:
<cal1>ABDUCTION
<cal2>Scotch Bonnet Court 12300 block - Johnny Casiano, 37, of 12304 Scotch Bonnet Court in Reston was arrested after he got into an argument with a family member and would not let that person leave the residence. The family member eventually escaped, and Casiano set fire inside the house and left the stove on high. Leaking propane tanks were also found in the house. Casiano was medevaced to Washington Burn Center where he is being treated. Warrants charging abduction, malicious wounding, and burning of an occupied dwelling are on file.
<cal1>BIAS INCIDENT
<cal2>Aiken Place 13300 block - Michael Leigh, 36, of 13347 Apgar Place in the Herndon area, was charged with obstruction of justice after he shouted racially defamatory remarks and became aggressive toward a Manassas woman, 33, and her daughter. Leigh refused to cooperate and continued his behavior after officers arrived. Leigh was arrested without incident.

Freetown Court 2300 block - Wheels taken from parked vehicle.
Hunters Woods Plaza 2300 block - Cash taken from parked vehicle.
Ivy Oak Square 1700 block - Mirror taken from parked vehicle.
Leesburg Pike 10700 block - Gasoline taken from service station without payment being made.
Leesburg Pike 11500 block - Beer taken from business.
Midsummer Drive 10700 block - Stereo and compact discs taken from parked vehicle.
North Point Village Center 1400 block - Wallet reported stolen.
North Shore Drive 11500 block - Mirror taken from parked vehicle.
Reston Parkway/South Lakes Drive - Stereo taken from parked vehicle.
Sadlers Wells Drive 1700 block - Scooter reported stolen.
South Lakes Drive 11400 block - Moped reported stolen.
