Each second and fourth Saturday during the summer months of June, July and August, Good Shepherd Lutheran Church hosts a free barbecue after its 5 p.m. Saturday service. This service, known as The River, is a contemporary Lutheran worship service with a casual atmosphere and upbeat music. The church is located at the corner of North Shore and Moorings Drive.
