Dine out for charity.
Every day, thousands of individuals and families in Montgomery County turn for help with food, clothing, and shelter.
On Thursday, Feb. 5, a number of local restaurants will donate 10 percent of their earnings to "Thanksgiving in February," a program sponsored by the Community Ministry of Montgomery County in association with numerous other organizations.
All proceeds will be distributed among the following non-profit organizations, which provide food to qualifying clients throughout Montgomery County, including Bethesda Cares, Manna Food Center, CASA of Maryland, Salvation Army, Shepherd's Table and others.
