The Long & Foster Companies reported total sales for October 2002 of $2.9 billion and home sales of $2 billion for the month, the best October in the company's 34-year history. The top sales offices in the Northern Virginia Region for October, based on sales volume, were McLean ($42,072,096); Burke/Fairfax Station ($41,238,559); Fair Oaks ($37,377,539); Alexandria/Old Town ($30,816,166); and Arlington ($28,342,900).
At the Fairfax Station Long & Foster office, Ashley Leigh was October's top producer, top lister, top seller and the agent with the most new listings with a sales volume of $3,929,490.
