Maestro James Ross led musicians from the Alexandria Symphony orchestra in an outdoor performance at the annual Garden Party fundraiser at the Seminary home of ASO patron Gant Redmon II.
The annual event featured a special performance of Ross “singing” the Flight of the Bumble Bee along with a selection of pieces from the ASO repertoire.
Now in its 81st season, a performance by the ASO will highlight the upcoming Alexandria 275th birthday celebration July 13 at Oronoco Bay Park.
