Small Business Saturday was this past Saturday, Nov. 28, and the City of Fairfax eagerly promoted its small businesses with a citywide Elf Hunt. Business owners tucked elves into their storefront window displays, and shoppers now have through Sunday, Dec. 13, to find 10 or more. People doing so will have their names entered into a drawing for a chance to win one of five, $100 gift cards to the Fairfax City business of their choice.
