Silverado Alexandria Memory Care held a Veterans Day Recognition program Nov. 8 to honor and recognize veterans at the facility.

Sponsored by Capital Caring Health, veterans were presented with Certificates of Appreciation and Recognitions pins by Chief Warrant Officer William Fearrington as the service songs of each of the U.S. military branches was played. Those who served during the Vietnam conflict were presented with Department of Defense 50th anniversary Vietnam War pins.
