Competing in Arlington Teen Pageant

Morgan Rhudy is crowned Miss Dominion’s Outstanding Teen and enters her fifth and final year as a teen local titleholder. Rhudy is a junior at James River High School at the Center for Leadership and International Relations in Midlothian, Va. Rhudy started a nonprofit called Girl Power Grants in 2015 that encourages girls to give back to nonprofits in central Virginia.

The 2019 Miss Arlington’s Outstanding Teen and Miss Dominion’s Outstanding Teen Pageant was held on Oct. 6 at Wakefield High. Miss Virginia's Outstanding Teen was organized in conjunction with Miss America's Outstanding Teen to encourage positive achievement by helping to nurture and build the scholastic achievement, creative accomplishment, healthy living, and community involvement of Virginia's youth.
