The Rev. Dr. Jae Euk Kim, the Good Spoon, and Nancy White, executive director of the Arlington Free Clinic, received the Emily DiCicco Humanitarian Award at the Shirlington Employment and Education Center (SEEC) annual fundraiser on Friday, Oct. 13. The fundraiser was held at the Arlington Free Clinic. SEEC was established in 2000 to match day laborers with employers who are in need of temporary work.
