The SunTrust Foundation recently awarded its Lighting the Way Award to Friends of Guest House in Alexandria which helps Northern Virginia women reenter the community from incarceration. The award is given each year to organizations that make a positive impact building financial confidence in their communities. Friends of Guest House received a $25,000 grant from the SunTrust Foundation.
