TD Bank opened a branch in Great Falls on Saturday, Feb. 18. As a part of the bank’s grand opening, it commissioned two oil paintings of the Great Falls Park from local artist Begona Morton to be raffled to branch customers. The first winner was announced on Saturday, March 4. The second drawing will be held on Sunday, March 19.
