Gregory Baldwin
Gregory Baldwin has been named as the School Climate Specialist at T.C. Williams High School. Baldwin, who was previously a dean at T.C. Williams, will take on responsibility for working collaboratively with school administration at all schools across the division to grow positive learning environments and school cultures, including the high school's implementation of restorative practices – a movement that seeks to develop good relationships and restore a sense of community. Baldwin has been a Dean of Students at T.C. Williams since 2011. He has a Masters in Educational Leadership and a Masters in Special Education. He is an alumnus of T.C. Williams, and graduated from the school in 1986. He holds a Virginia Department of Education Postgraduate Professional License and is a licensed trainer with the International Institute of Restorative Practices.
