Wahlburgers, founded by Executive Chef Paul Wahlberg and brothers Mark and Donnie, will open a restaurant at Ballston Point in Arlington. A lease has been signed for 6,600 square feet of retail space adjacent to the Ballston Common shopping mall on the intersection of Wilson Boulevard and Glebe Road. Monument Realty’s Roger Carlson represented the owner and Lance Marine with CBRE represented Wahlburgers.
