The Friends of Huntley Meadows Park organization is hosting a party to celebrate the park turning 40, as well as the 30th anniversary of the founding of the Friends organization and 25th anniversary of the Friends of Historic Huntley organization.
Following the annual meeting of the Friends of Huntley Meadows Park, a reception is scheduled with food and drinks, then a walk to the park Boardwalk and speeches from honored guests. The program is advertised to conclude with a “sunset frog symphony on the Boardwalk.”
