The following incidents were reported by the Fair Oaks District Police Station:
RECKLESS DRIVING / BIAS INCIDENT: 13200 block of Leafcrest Lane, July 19, at about 4:45 p.m. A juvenile was walking along the roadway and was approached by a male in a vehicle. The suspect yelled racial obscenities at the victim and fled. The victim did not require medical attention. The suspect was described as white and between 20 to 30 years of age.
