Arlington — Current Boutique owner Carmen Lopez, who founded the designer consignment business in 2007, is moving into a new space in Clarendon that is close to triple the size of the old store in D.C. The old store measures 1,000 sq. ft., and the new space will be over 2500 sq. ft.
