Alexandria — The Mariachis Band began playing at 5 p.m. at the entrance to Bittersweet on Saturday evening, Sept. 15.
Jody and Alice Manor and the Bittersweet staff were busy greeting friends and regulars at the anniversary party and celebration of Mexican Independence.
