Alexandria — The Alexandria Redevelopment and Housing Authority hosted a Halloween haunting in the greens and alleyway in the 800 block of N. Alfred Street on Oct. 31. ARHA staff members and volunteers from area fire stations dressed up as spooks and treated the visitors to a frightful evening.
